TOUR TREKKING NAM KANG HO TAO

Difficulty: 9/10 - Very Hard

The journey is not measured in miles but in friends, it doesn’t matter where you go but who you go with. That journey will be more complete if you try the Kang Nam Ho Tao trekking tour!

With an altitude of 2881m above sea level, Nam Kang Ho Tao is only ranked 13th in the top 10 highest peaks in Vietnam but ranks first or second in terms of difficulty if you want to conquer this mountain.

Nam Kang Ho Tao is not famous for its beautiful sea of clouds or rhododendron forests, but this place is a delight for mountain enthusiasts because of its primeval forests, cardamom forests throughout the journey, or the steep cliffs that challenge climbers or the nearly 90-degree slopes that are both long and high, sometimes making you want to give up the game. Therefore, many trekkers prefer to call Nam Kang Ho Tao with more rhyming names in Vietnamese such as Ngam Cang Ho Tao, Nan Cang Ho Tao, …

In particular, the maple forest here will make you fascinated, immersed as if you were in the maple leaf country of Canada. Nam Kang Ho Tao is also one of the peaks that does not have a sleeping hut for climbers, so you will have to bring a tent if you want to conquer this mountain peak.

Nam Kang Ho Tao is located in Thao A village, Ho Mit commune, Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau province, between the border of Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces, so the route chosen to go can start from 2 directions, either Lao Cai or Lai Chau.

If you want to try the Nam Kang Ho Tao trekking tour – the most difficult mountain in Vietnam, let Wild Adventure Team accompany you.
